Senior DevOps Engineer

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product architecture?

We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team and drive innovation through enabling stream-aligned teams. As part of this role, you'll be responsible for defining patterns and standards, mentoring teams, and building core platform capabilities.

The Role:

  • Enable teams by developing high-quality solutions and identifying opportunities for improvement through tooling, automation, and optimization.
  • Define standards and frameworks to ensure efficiency and quality in development practices.
  • Share knowledge and uplift capabilities through documentation, knowledge sharing sessions, and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with development teams to anticipate needs and provide support in a timely and professional manner.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering with a strong understanding of software development and operations principles.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred), Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as C#, .Net framework, SQL, PowerShell.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, infrastructure as code, containerization technologies, and security best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for technical education and upskilling.
