We do more than collect the bin from your street, we also convert waste into clean energy, divert food waste from landfill and convert to compost, manufacture customised waste management equipment, asbestos removal, refine and recycle oil, manage and maintain our fleet inhouse and have our own bespoke technology systems.
Our teams include Drivers/Operators, Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, IT/Digital, Environment, Engineering, Industrial Chemists, Safety, Administration and much more . . .

ABOUT THE ROLE
Based in Bungalow (our Cairns depot), we have a rare opportunity for an experienced Administration Managerto lead the team, and champion the day-to-day administrative functions of our waste management services being delivered across the region.
This department forms a key part of our service delivery and as the Administration Manager you will oversee all customer service, AP/AR, reports/tracking, sales administration and maintenance functions internally.
On a day-to-day basis, the work will include things like:
- Overseeing the team working to manage all daily administrative functions for the business
- Facilitating the flow of information between sales, operations, administration, and management
- Performing administrative functions including environmental compliance, office management, reporting tender assistance and operation support
- Training and upskilling staff as needed
- Ensuring the highest standards of customer service and quality are met
ABOUT YOU
As an experienced Administration Manager, we’re looking for more than just experience (although that’s a great start). - Experience working in a similar role

- Moderate to advanced Microsoft Office capability
- Excellent data entry skills and an eye for detail
- Demonstrate the ability to be a quick learner in a fast pace and varied role

- Ability to learn new internal programs and technology
- Be proactive and strive to upskill
- A commitment to achieving customer service of the highest standard
