Your Role
Our team requires a Clinical Nurse who understands and drives person-centred care. As Clinical Nurse you will be assisting in setting clinical standards that reflect best practice, and assisting clinical employees to improve skills and knowledge through leadership and direction.
The person we are looking for should have advanced nursing skills to provide appropriate supervision, along with a variety of specialist skills and passion in the following areas:
Continence managementWound careMedication management Your tasks will include:Co-ordinate and provide comprehensive care involving assessment, prevention, early detection, referral and health promotionCo-ordinate and regularly evaluate the effects of care provided through planner reviews and assessment, or as required, in consultation with client, carer and multidisciplinary teamParticipate and initiate community collaborations and partnerships that contribute to client care servicesProvide support and direction to Registered Nurses
