Practice Overview
WAVELENGTH is seeking a skilled General Practitioner to join our mixed billing practice in a vibrant location just 15 minutes' drive from Brisbane city centre. Our practice provides quality healthcare to patients of all ages and offers dedicated dermatology and skin cancer medicine in our on-site skin clinic.
Key Highlights
- 10 consulting rooms and a treatment room for efficient patient care
- Collaborative team of eight GPs, four experienced nurses, and a practice manager
- Extensive network of specialists and allied health providers
- Support for special interests such as skin, elderly care, occupational, and travel health
Remuneration and Benefits
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including an initial $150 per hour guarantee or 70% of mixed billings, whichever is greater, for the first three months, and then 65% afterwards. Flexible contracts with a sign-on bonus can be discussed.
Work-Life Balance
Our practice is open 7 days a week, allowing you to choose your working hours and create a schedule that suits your lifestyle. Parking is provided, and we are located near a nursing home for those interested in geriatrics and palliative care.

Our practice is situated in a vibrant area with easy access to Brisbane city centre, featuring a variety of shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants. Enjoy leisurely drives to lookouts and beaches before or after work, and take advantage of excellent public transport and good schools for thriving families.
Requirements
- Australian Permanent Residency or Australian or New Zealand citizenship
- GPs holding Specialist Registration with AHPRA are eligible for this role
