About the Role
Lead, and deliver complex, multi-disciplinary business improvement projects within the Enterprise Services Domain. You will manage cross-functional teams from across the University and Business Services to ensure successful project outcomes and capability enhancements for clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and delivering large-scale, complex system projects and programs aligned with University strategy and business improvement goals Ensuring projects are successfully delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards Leading, developing, and managing project teams, focusing on business improvement, process enhancement, and IT projects Building and managing key relationships within the University, including sourcing and managing external consultants to support project delivery Who we are looking for
You will be able to work with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to develop and implement solutions that deliver business benefits. Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with executive-level leaders, combined with commercial and vendor management expertise, are essential. A learning mindset, proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, proven leadership of cross-functional teams, and excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills are also key qualifications.
You will also have:
Relevant postgraduate qualification with significant relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant significant experience and/or education and training Project management accreditation: PMP accreditation, and certification in Agile / Lean / SAFe or similar methodology is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to manage medium to large ($500k-$5m+) IT projects and programs in one or more of the following domains in a highly complex organisation with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities: integration / identity management projects; enterprise application projects in the enterprise services domainFor further information regarding responsibilities and requirements please refer to the attached PD.

The Enterprise Services domain team, within Enterprise Technology, plans and delivers a diverse range of projects including IT enablement for new buildings on campus and other facilities / smart campus projects; IT infrastructure projects; integration / identity management / security projects; and application / digital projects in the enterprise services domain (finance, HR, procurement, service management, space management and other back-office Enterprise capabilities).
