What this opportunity involves:

Are you a highly motivated professional ready for a strategic role in our Research team? JLL is seeking a proactive, client-centric Research Analyst to join our Melbourne office.

An overview of the role:

  • Deliver insightful presentations to our client base
  • Support quarterly data collection and meet timelines
  • Assess benefits and monitor costs of research for internal stakeholders
  • Interpret data and provide meaningful recommendations
  • Publish topical research papers on the Retail sector
  • Produce quarterly property market commentaries on VIC Retail sector
  • Contribute to major pitches and submissions for the Retail business
  • Work with Marketing & Communications to provide research for media

  • Degree in Property Economics, Commerce, Market Research, Geography, or related quantitative discipline
  • Strong analytical and data management skills
  • Excellent research report writing and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages
  • Detail-oriented with a good eye for accuracy
  • Organised and process-driven
  • Effective communicator and team player
  • Ability to meet deadlines and multitask
