  • This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds: 3 days remote and 2 days in our stunning Surfers Paradise office.

How will I help?

  • Architect innovative payments solutions that are secure, efficient, and customer-centric.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the board, from developers to business analysts.
  • Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable blueprints for success.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to development teams, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Own the end-to-end design process, guaranteeing high-quality, maintainable solutions.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging technologies and fostering a culture of innovation.

What do I need?

  • 2+ years' experience as a Solution Designer, preferably in the payments and cards industry.
  • 8+ years of overall IT experience with expertise in developing microservices/RESTful APIs using Spring Boot, Java, Kafka, SQL, DB2, and Azure.
  • Strong understanding of card products and a passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient, secure solutions.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
  • A commitment to quality and a strong work ethic.
