Potential Elementary Teacher– 100%

Qualifications :

Michigan K-5 Teaching Certification. Must be highly qualified Ability to demonstrate and communicate a passion for working with children.  Ability to demonstrate and communicate a passion and value for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Ability to demonstrate and communicate a strong knowledge base of the content for K-4 students. Ability to communicate and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and professionally with our faculty and administrative colleagues.

Responsibilities:

● Facilitate learning for K-4 students.

● Create learning plans for all students that ensure grade-level learning is taking place.

● Monitor progress for all students’ learning and developmental goals.

● Facilitate Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports for the students in the classroom.

● Participate in professional development.

● Engage with parents, families, and community members.
