Cranbrook Care is looking for motivated Clinical Care Manager to join the team  at Bayswater Gardens, in Sydney Inner West - Abottsford.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Following an internal movement and our growing team we have an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced aged care professional to join our team to be responsible for:

  • oversee the day-to-day work of the clinical teams of an 88-bed residence in an extra service environment;
  • provide clinical leadership and excellence in nursing care; and 
  • ensure adherence to our quality systems and provide on-site clinical education for clinical and support staff within the facility, with the help from our Head Office Team.

ABOUT YOU

You will be a team player, and able to work autonomously, to ensure excellence in clinical care to our residents. To be successful in this role you will:

  • be a Registered Nurse with 5 years aged care experience;
  • have at least 3 years proven Clinical leadership experience;
  • be dedicated to maintaining high standards of nursing care and clinical governance;
  • have an excellent working understanding of the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC) and the associated financial implications;
  • enjoy mentoring others to clinical excellence; and
  • have well developed verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
