Lead the way: As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll be the shining light guiding our team, fostering a fun and supportive work environment.  Fragrance Fanatic: Immerse yourself in the enchanting world of scents, candles, and all things cozy.  Scent-sational Sales: Embrace your inner sales ninja and help customers find the perfect scent for every occasion.  Light Bulb Moments: Collaborate with the Store Manager to brainstorm bright ideas and innovative strategies. 

Responsibilities: 

Keep the Flame Alive: Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring it's a warm and inviting space for all.  Spark Customer Connections: Engage with customers, build relationships, and understand their needs to provide personalised recommendations.  Illuminating Inventory: Manage stock levels, restocking shelves, and keeping our fragrances readily available.  Team Glow-up: Motivate and support the store team, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere.  Candle Caretaker: Ensure a safe and clean store environment, so everyone can breathe easy. 

 
About you: 

Passionate about candles and scents: You know your lavender from your vanilla, and you can spot a soy candle from a mile away.  Retail experience: Previous experience in a retail or customer service role would be a glowing advantage.  Leadership Glow: You're a natural-born leader with the ability to inspire and encourage others to shine.  Flexibility: You're comfortable working evenings, weekends, and during special events (we promise, they'll be a blast).
