About the Role

We’re on the lookout for an Assistant Store Manager who’s ready to bring the heat In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll be the spark that keeps everything running smoothly—from mentoring staff and merchandising to managing stock and hitting key targets.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire your team to hit sales targets and provide world-class service.
  • Mentor and develop team members, helping them grow to their full potential.
  • Ensure the store looks its best with stunning displays and a clean environment.
  • Manage inventory to keep products stocked and minimize losses.
  • Roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with customers, merchandising, and store operations.
  • Collaborate on new ideas and improvements to keep raising the bar.
