What are we looking for?

Excellent spoken and written in English, Mandarin & Cantonese is required. Pleasant personality with good communication skills Diploma /Degree holder in any discipline or SPM/STPM/IGCSE or equivalent qualification with relevant working experience Preferably min 1year experience in Contact Centre, experience in hospitality/Online Travel Agency and customer service Computer literate and internet savvy. Positive attitude and a team player with a passion for delivering world-class customer service. Willing to work in a permanent night shift environment (24/7 operations) Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed set performance standards Open to Malaysians only.
