  • Develop and distribute documentation to inform stakeholders of any operational or infrastructure changes.
  • Ensure all operational and infrastructure changes are communicated effectively.
  • Work with the Airfield Operations Technical Lead to ensure clear communication of project information.
  • Develop aviation documents in line with regulatory standards and Melbourne Airport's processes.
  • Attend project updates and meetings to inform and improve documentation and communications.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Knowledge of Airfield Operations, including roles, functions, and processes.
  • Understanding of MOS 139 regulations.
  • Experience raising NOTAMs and preparing Method of Working Plans (MOWPs) is highly desirable.
  • Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
  • Qualifications or experience in audit procedures are desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey technical information confidently.
  • Experience engaging and collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders.

We understand that not everyone will feel they meet all of these 100%. However, if you feel you have the attitude and aptitude to grow within our team, we invite you to apply and have a conversation with us about this position.
