Full-time, Permanent Work on multiple large-scale, high-impact programs $117K - $129K Plus 15.4% ABC Nominated Super Location – Sydney (requirement for site visits in Ultimo and Parramatta)

The ABC has established a Transformation Office and within it, an enterprise change management function, designed to grow enterprise change capability and performance via change management activities across various enterprise programs aligned with the ABC’s Five Year plan.

We’re transforming to a digital-first media organisation and are building new ways of working, new spaces for collaborating and changing how we operate so we can respond to changing audience behaviours.

As part of the Enterprise Change team, the Enterprise Change Analyst will partner with stakeholders and Change Managers to support the planning and delivery of various change activities across the business. Utilising the Enterprise Change Delivery framework, this will include:

Leading change impact assessments Leading stakeholder engagement sessions Collaborating with the business to co-design, develop and execute plans Preparing and developing training needs assessments and plans

To be successful, you’ll need to be detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity and can build relationships with varying stakeholders – technical, creative, and corporate You’ll also have practical experience in conducting impact assessments, translating detailed information into simple insights and stories, and influencing and educating people on best change practices and outcomes.
