Additional Information:
• These roles are Permanent Part-time, 50hrs/fortnight

• You must have availability to work Monday to Sunday 3:00am- 10:00am (Replenishment Co-worker)
• You must have availability to work Monday to Sunday 6:00am - 9:30pm (Warehouse Co-worker)
• As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of
4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
• If your application is progressed, you will be invited to a Group Assessment Centre on Wednesday 18 September 2024
• If your application is successful, you will be required to attend a 2-day Welcome induction on Monday 30 September 2024

About this work area

As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
• Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
• Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
• Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
• Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse.
• Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required.

As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker you have :
• A passion for optimising supply chain and fulfilment operations.
• A ‘Togetherness’ mindset where you’ll work closely with your team and other departments to secure the best possible outcome for the customers.
• Ability to collaborate, yet also be able to work independently.
