About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Co-worker to join our team at IKEA. As a key member of our Fulfillment Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Picking, packing, and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
  • Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
  • Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfillment operations tasks.
  • Storing, retrieving, replenishment, and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse.
  • Supporting the wider fulfillment operations team with tasks where required.

  • A passion for optimizing supply chain and fulfillment operations.

  • Ability to collaborate, yet also be able to work independently.
  • An energetic approach as you will be on your feet all day.
  • Strong customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including heavy, repetitive lifting.
