As a Hotel Receptionist, you are responsible to courteously welcome and efficiently check-in and check-out hotel guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. You will also have some housekeeping duties and assist the hospitality team with events as required.

In a typical day in this role, you might:

Process inquiries and bookings Process advance payments through Payment Express Portal Accept reservations in accordance with established standards and procedures Promptly and pleasantly answer all incoming calls

To be considered for this role, you should have:

Hospitality Reservations experience Hotel Receptionist or office Receptionist experience The ability to maintain a clean and neat presentation including cleaning your uniform The ability to communicate well with others

Employment start dates will vary depending on the role and snow conditions, but most roles start in June and finish in late September.
