As a Hotel Receptionist, your duties include warmly greeting, efficiently checking in and out hotel guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction. Additionally, you will handle some housekeeping tasks and support the hospitality team during events as needed.

In this role, a typical day might involve:

• Process inquiries and bookings
• Manage advance payments through Payment Express Portal
• Take reservations following established standards and procedures
• Promptly and courteously respond to all incoming calls

To qualify for this position, you should have:

• Experience in Hospitality Reservations
• Prior experience as a Hotel Receptionist or office Receptionist
• Ability to uphold a tidy appearance, including maintaining cleanliness of your uniform
• Effective communication skills

Commencement dates for employment will vary based on the role and snow conditions, with most positions starting in June and concluding in late September.
