The Role

A very exciting job opportunity currently exists for a capable and energetic Private Events Executive to join this team. Reporting into the Senior Private Events Manager, you will be responsible for the sales, contracting, planning & organisation of events held within Crown’s collection of fine dining venues, signature restaurants and bars.

In this role, you’ll create joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service ability and act as the main contact throughout the event management cycle from initial enquiry to execution of the event
  • Proactively work towards achieving the determined budget through upselling Crown’s venues & product packages whilst managing billing & accounts
  • Manage all communications with clients, suppliers & internal departments for each booking including proposals & contracting, preparing event orders & facilitating handovers to operations teams
  • Establish strong rapport and maintain relationships with clients as well as internal stakeholders

About you

  • A genuine passion for events management with an unwavering focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail skills
  • Is adaptable in high pressure situations and open to change if the business requires 
  • Strong computer literacy skills including strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Amadeus, Opera and Seven Rooms is highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with guests and stakeholders at all levels
