What does the job look like?

The is responsible for professionally managing the office of multiple executives and providing efficient secretarial and administrative support to both departments. Key areas:

Complete support to multiple executives including: emails and calendar managementTravelMinute takingInvoicing Board reporting Management of one direct report  Build and maintain relationships with various internal and external stakeholders Small function management includes booking meeting rooms, organizing lunches and Christmas, Melbourne Cup etc.

Previous experience in a varied role as an Executive Assistant Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously within deadlines Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to communicate and work effectively with a range of partners and stakeholders Positive enthusiastic commitment to work and the achievement of results Intermediate to advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
