You will be working under industry leaders, who will continue to inspire, empower, and entrust you whilst continuing to support your learning within the legal sector.

With the guidance and leadership of seasoned and supportive General Counsel and Director of Legal Services your key accountabilities will include:

• Developing knowledge in all aspects of the in-house legal function including under appropriate supervision.
• Advise, negotiate and resolve commercial disputes as well as, assist with large scale commercial litigation.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts as required by internal stakeholders.
• Advise on ad hoc employment, consumer and commercial law issues.
• Assist company secretary with drafting directors' resolution and other secretarial documents.
• Conduct legal research on various employment law and commercial law issues.
• Assist senior lawyers with legal projects.
• Conduct case management tasks including reporting and administration.
• Liaise with external counsel and partners.

What you bring: 

• Admitted as a legal practitioner in NSW (or other Australian State).
• 1-3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Ability to prioritise and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholder group.
• Strong business acumen in which you are able to make commercial based decision.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a focus on achieving outcomes.
