This is a part-time, ongoing position within the BHFLHN.
As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to clients with Stomal and Continence needs. Your expertise and commitment will ensure patients receive personalised treatment plans, enabling them to manage their conditions effectively and maintain their quality of life.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised care plans for clients with Stomal and Continence concerns.
- Educate and empower patients and their families to understand and manage their conditions effectively.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless and coordinated care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the advancement of Stomal and Continence care practices.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
- Relevant experience and expertise in Stomal and Continence care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices.
