About the role 

The main function of this role is to provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software.  You will respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions.

Some of the responsibilities will include:

• Support for end users with windows devices and applications support including Windows OS and MS office 365.
• Complete ongoing and regular maintenance, such as patching and updates for company devices.
• Build subject matter expertise and capability around key vendor solutions.
• Be responsible for providing technical support and incident management across technology areas and platforms.
• Provide seamless onboarding and offboarding of staff.

About you 

• 3 Years+ experience in an IT service or service desk role.
• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and problem solving for desktop, network, and mobile technologies.
• Have demonstrated understanding and working knowledge of the following techniques
  • MS Windows desktop
  • MS Office 365
  • Apple MacOS & iOS
  • MDM solutions such as ninjaOne, MS Intune or Jamf
  • Active Directory/AzureAD 
• ITIL foundation certification
• Knowledge of using a ticketing solution to manage workload.
• Experience with MS office 365
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Technical writing experience.
