About the role:

At C&K Calamvale Community College, a position has become available for an enthusiastic and experienced Educator to join the team.

We are looking for a motivated and engaging education professional to manage the day-to-day operations of the OSHC who likes to think outside the box and is ready to get down to the children's level to meet their needs and interests. You will be to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for school-aged children during non-school hours, fostering their well-being, development, and positive social interactions.

  • Permanent part-time, 35 hours a week 
  • Before School care shift hours 7 am-9 am
  • After School care shift hours are 1 pm-6 pm
  • Extended hours during the School holiday

What you’ll bring

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will either have or be willing to work towards:

  • A minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
