Matrix Education is now hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join us at our Sydney CBD head office.

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will use your experience and expertise in digital marketing to contribute towards the operational management of the team, and deliver on the implementation of exciting marketing campaigns and communications to grow Matrix.

This is an opportunity for an experienced marketing generalist to take the next step up in their marketing career towards making strategic decisions and working alongside a growing team of talented and passionate digital marketers.

What you’ll do…

  • Contribute towards the end-to-end execution of digital customer communication strategy with a strong focus on inbound marketing, lifecycle marketing and lead nurturing,
  • Promote quality content via online channels to build and engage potential customers,
  • Oversee the day to day development of promotional communications through social media and email channels,
  • Deployment of the content and marketing calendar and identify new opportunities that support overall goals for marketing and the organisation,
  • Monitor performance of digital campaigns and implement strategies for optimisation,
  • Ensure the correct application of our content style guide and tone of voice across all communications,
  • Be involved in student and parent outreach initiatives for marketing content and promotions,
  • Collaborate with other teams to contribute toward new marketing campaign ideas.

What you’ll need…

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a marketing role,
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with experience in using AI tools to enhance efficiency, 
  • Experience developing, writing, and optimising digital campaigns,
  • Passion for and solid knowledge of social media platforms: you live and breathe what’s trending,
  • Demonstrated success in planning and execution of content marketing strategies,
  • Working experience with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud),
  • Highly organised and with a process driven work approach,
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Media or Journalism.
