About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, this is a pivotal role within the Major Capital Delivery team. The Group Coordinator will provide high-level, confidential administrative support and assistance to the GM and Direct Reports on management and monthly reporting as well as providing support and assistance on a range of administrative tasks and project coordination tasks as required.

  • Coordinate the preparation of Group Program and/or Work Plans including financial, administrative, system, information management and customer-service related activities
  • Coordinate regularly scheduled group meeting and events
  • Delivery of Diary and meeting support to the general manager
  • Support group reporting against agreed performance and timeline targets, including management and monthly reporting
  • Support the General Manager and Direct reports by providing high-level, confidential administrative support

About you:

  • Excellent communication skills and a level of customer service orientation in dealing with internal/external stakeholders' supervision
  • Previous experience in supporting multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in delivery calendar and meeting support including preparation of agendas and minute taking
  • Experience in coordinating work programs and ensuring adherence to key timelines
  • Demonstrated high level of attention to detail, ideally experience in a customer orientated role
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in the handling of information
  • Experience within working in regulated, construction or complex capital works environment advantageous
