Based at Alive Oasis Leisure Centre, Hunstanton

For all roles to ensure customers receive the highest level of service, you must be an excellent communicator with confidence in dealing effectively with members of the public.

Recreation Assistant – Permanent Full Time – 37 hours

Starting salary between £22368 and £23964 per annum

We need you to lifeguard the pool and assist with the general day to day operation of the centre, including reception duties and cleaning tasks to ensure customers have a safe and enjoyable visit. You will also teach swimming to all abilities from non-swimming to advanced and full training will be provided for this.

You will have a competent standard of swimming, ideally with National Pool Lifeguard and Swimming Teacher Qualifications or be willing and able to achieve these. Please note, you will be asked to complete a swim test prior to interview.

All appointments are subject to a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure, through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
