As a Recreation Assistant with the Borough Council of Kings Lynn & West Norfolk, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience at Alive Oasis Leisure Centre.

Based on 37 hours per week, this permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary between £22,368 and £23,964 per annum, making it an attractive opportunity for those seeking a rewarding career in leisure management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for lifeguarding duties, teaching swimming to various abilities, and contributing to the day-to-day operations of the centre. This includes reception tasks, cleaning responsibilities, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for visitors.

To excel in this role, you should possess a competent standard of swimming and hold relevant qualifications such as National Pool Lifeguard and Swimming Teacher certifications.
