About the role
VMCH has a vacancy for an experienced Occupational Therapist to develop and implements high-quality person-centred services to support people with disabilities to achieve their goals and to achieve independence within their home and community.
About you
You will be a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist who has a genuine interest in the health and wellbeing of adults with disabilities. You will have outstanding communication skills, time management and problem-solving skills and enjoy working with a broad range of stakeholders.
Key responsibilities and requirements
Experienced in providing specialist assessment and intervention with disability clients who can have multiple and complex support needs Engaging in collaborative goal setting with clients and their support networks to maximise independence. Provide therapy supports in the client’s chosen environment Provide support and direction to Allied Health and support staff Assessment for assistive technology and home modifications Ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholdersIf you have the skills and experience required APPLY NOW .
