Well Operations Supervisor – Surat Basin – Coal Seam Gas – 12-month contract
Location: Regional Queensland locations – Chinchilla/Roma
Day Rate: $1531/day including super
Roster: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off – 12 hour days
NES Fircroft, in partnership with a leading global oil & gas exploration and production company, are seeking a Well Operations Supervisor. Join our client in driving excellence in well operations while ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multistage hydraulic stimulation, coiled tubing, wireline, and flowback/well testing operations.
- Ensure safe and efficient execution, collaborating with onsite teams and service providers.
- Leadership and Planning:
- Lead and mentor well operations staff, fostering a culture of safety and innovation.
- Develop detailed plans for well operations, optimizing performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of wellsite supervisor experience in hydraulic stimulation, coiled tubing, and/or well testing.
- Well Interventions IWCF Level 4 certification, including Coiled Tubing and Wireline electives.
- Skilled onsite reporting skills, preferably in EDM data reporting and eWCAT
