Bethanieprovides services in the community, residential care homes.
Bethanie provides therapy services to our customers inresidential homes and in the community. Our residential therapyteam consists of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists whowork collaboratively with skilled Therapy Assistants to improve thequality of life of Bethanie’s customers. The residentialtherapy team is supported by a full time Therapy ServicesManager.
We currently have a great opportunity for a qualifiedOccupational Therapist to work in partnership with residents at ouraged care home in Cooloongup. This role is offered on a parental leave, fixed term basisbetween 19th August 2024 and 1st September2025.
12 hours per week 2 days per week, days are negotiableWe will consider all applicants, so those with less experienceor new graduates are encouraged to apply, as we can offer clinicalsupport and professional development opportunities tailored toyou.
About the role:
You will provide customer centred assessments, interventions andprograms and work in a broad multidisciplinary team. Our focus isto improve the quality of life of Bethanie’s residents.
While working as a Therapist for Bethanie you will be wellsupported by Senior Therapists and regular professional developmentactivities.
The Bethanie Therapy team consists of over 40 Physiotherapistsand Occupational Therapists. New grads are always part of our teamand we would love to hear from you

Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision, Values and Signature Behaviours of Bethanie Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (AHPRA) Experience in the planning, delivery and evaluation of therapeutic programs Commitment to person centred care Demonstrated workload and time management skills Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting Proficient with common computer systems and software and a demonstrated ability to develop skills to work proficiently with clinical information systems and databases Current drivers’ licence Current Police Clearance, or willingness to apply for one Willing to obtain required vaccinations – 3 x covid vaccinations and annual flu vaccinationWorking with Bethanie:
