About Your New Role

We're on the hunt for resilient and patient individuals who are eager to be part of something special. Our Disability Support Workers are experts in providing effective encouragement and innovative strategies to help individuals realise their full potential and the endless possibilities available to them.

About You

  • You demonstrate advanced skills in assisting customers who have a wide range of disabilities
  • You have experience in coordinating and administrating the delivery of dynamic services
  • You can prioritise a busy workload and respond to emergent situations
  • You have experience working with mental health, challenging and complex behaviours
  • You can confidently implement care plans

What you need:

  • Current Open Driver's Licence
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
