**Selection Criteria**
- Essential: If you are successful for this role, you may be required to undergo a series of pre-employment checks; that may include your Right to Work in Australia, Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and a Health Screening Questionnaire. Do you consent to this?
- Essential: Can you demonstrate (or are you prepared to attain) vaccination or proof of non-susceptibility to vaccine preventable diseases including; Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chickenpox), Pertussis (whooping cough) and Hepatitis B?
- Essential: Do you hold a current Australian Driver’s Licence and have access to a road worthy vehicle suitable for the transportation of frail aged or disabled clients, insured in line with Blue Care Policy?
