Join our client’s family-owned and operated luxury holiday apartment complex in the picturesque Trinity Beach We're seeking a dynamic General Manager who isn't afraid to pick up a broom, bring new ideas to the table, and work collaboratively as part of the family.

You'll play a hands-on role in helping elevate the property to a prestigious 5-star standard. If you have previous experience managing 5-star hotels, excel in setting and achieving KPIs and budgets, and are ready to make your mark in the hospitality industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About Our Client:
Located in the serene surroundings of Trinity Beach, our newly established luxury holiday apartment complex offers the perfect blend of relaxation and indulgence. With 27 beautifully appointed apartments ranging from studios to three bedrooms, a sparkling pool, fully equipped commercial kitchen, and inviting communal spaces ideal for corporate retreats, they aim to provide their guests with an unforgettable experience.

Your Role:
As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience and ensuring operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all aspects of property management, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and administration.
  • Developing and promoting a professional corporate culture of the highest order.
  • Implementing and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness to achieve 5-star ratings.
  • Developing and executing strategies to maximise revenue, occupancy rates, and guest satisfaction.
  • Recruiting, training, and managing a team of dedicated staff members.
  • Monitoring and controlling budgets, expenses, and KPIs to achieve financial targets.
  • Providing valuable input into developing systems and processes to enhance the guest experience  
  • Tech savvy with the ability to pick up on new systems

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a management role within a 5-star hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets, KPIs, and guest satisfaction metrics.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
