About the Role

As the Recreational Activities Officer, you will drive the energy, engagement, and participation of residents into a range of social, recreational, and cultural activities. You will also lead mental health and wellbeing programs which empower our resident's choices and independence.

Base Pay Range: $29.76 - $32.82 per hour Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time

Duties

Develop,coordinate, and lead activities tailored to meet the social and recreationalneeds of our residents, promoting their independence and enhancing theirquality of life. Evaluate anddocument the effectiveness of the programs, adjusting as necessary based onresidents' feedback and progress.

Skills andExperience

Experience in anaged or community care setting is preferred. Ability toindependently resolve issues and adapt to varying situations. Exceptionalcommunication and relationship-building abilities.
