About the Role

As the Recreational Activities Officer, you will drive the energy, engagement, and participation of residents into a range of social, recreational, and cultural activities. You will also lead mental health and wellbeing programs that empower our residents' choices and independence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, coordinate, and lead activities tailored to meet the social and recreational needs of our residents, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life.
  • Evaluate and document the effectiveness of the programs, adjusting as necessary based on residents' feedback and progress.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced professional with:

Experience in an aged or community care setting.The ability to independently resolve issues and adapt to varying situations.Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
