We are currently seeking multiple Concrete Agitator Drivers to join the Coffs Harbour Bypass Project Team in Coffs Harbour, NSW.

This is a full-time fixed term contract working on the Coffs Harbour Bypass Project, expected to end in 2026. We are looking for drivers to join for both Day and Night Shift rosters.

About the role:

  • Most days will start between 4-6am and drivers can do up to and over 10 hours per shift, and around 50 – 55 hours per week. Saturday work may be available, paid at overtime rates
  • We pay a base rate and once you go past your regular hours in one day the first two after that will be at time and a half. If you do more than 2 hours overtime in a day, you go to double time. Meal allowances are generally paid
  • after 10 hours in one shift
  • We provide cutting edge technology to not only keep you safe whilst driving, but also to help you map your routes and keep track of your loads
  • All new starts go through a 10-day training program on the day shift before we let you loose by yourself

About you:

  • Minimum of HR license (essential) with previous driving experience (preferred)
  • You enjoy meeting people and having a chat with them when you’re onsite
  • You prefer variety in your working life. No two days are ever the same when you’re driving one of our Agi trucks
  • You take pride in the appearance of your truck. Keep it clean, give it a wash and present the best image of our company. You are a mobile billboard and people notice a dirty truck
  • Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test (random testing is also conducted on all Hanson sites)
  • Some of our trucks have driver weight limits on their seats and seatbelts. For safety reasons, you may be required to be under a specified weight for these trucks
