The People Home Program is designed to make a genuine impression on the daily lives of our employees and leaders through reimaging our digital people experience for our Australia and Aotearoa businesses.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to champion the future of HR at Suncorp. Utilising the efficient Momentum scaled agile model, you'll lead the future state design, configuration, testing, and readiness of a Recruitment journey within the new Human Capital Management (HCM) system.

You'll leverage your domain expertise and collaborative spirit to complement diverse stakeholder inputs, ensuring the system aligns with Suncorp's strategic vision. Your passion for innovation and global thinking will be instrumental in crafting a user-centric digital experience that empowers both employees and leaders across the organization.

What you’ll do

Actively drive the adoption of the People Home Program and the Momentum agile model to ensure successful delivery of the new Recruitment journey within the HCM systemIntegrate the People Home core principles explicitly throughout design, configuration, and deployment phases of the journeyDefine clear requirements for the HCM system that comprehensively address current obligations across Australia and Aotearoa, while also considering future needs of the Suncorp groupEngage with stakeholders and end-users within PC&A and across Suncorp to gather and integrate diverse perspectives into the future state design of the Recruitment journey.Develop a future state design for the Recruitment journey that reflects best-in-class HR practices, incorporates external market research, and aligns with Suncorp's strategic objectivesBuild change readiness within PC&A stakeholders to facilitate smooth digital adoption of the new Recruitment experienceBuild the future state processes which will enable the Recruitment journey

What you’ll bring

A strong background in Recruitment, with proven experience operationalizing these services for delivery through digital platformsThe ability to confidently work with diverse stakeholders across all levels, integrate their perspectives, and achieve agreed upon outcomes for unified future state design for RecruitmentA strong understanding of best practices combined with the ability to translate them into a single, optimised future state for both Australia and AotearoaThe ability to effectively translate the future state design of Recruitment into user-friendly digital solutions that enhance the user experienceA flexible approach and willingness to challenge existing mindsets and continuous Recruitment and adaptation throughout the project lifecycle
