An exciting opportunity has landed for a switched-on, experienced Program or Project Administrator to come on board our growing Education and Migration company. We need a full-time, hands-on, highly organised problem solver who can administer the ongoing and new projects for the company.

About the Role:

As a Program or Project Administrator, you will be reporting to the Branch Manager at our Melbourne office. The position is the ‘go-to person’ to support management for setting up new projects, logistics, administration assistance, monitoring and forecasting financials, developing, and updating project schedules for activities and client deliverables, reporting criteria and indicators that are fundamental to healthy project delivery.

This role will involve the following duties but not limited to:

  • Assisting the management with planning and administering the projects.
  • Assisting Branch Manager, Company Subject Matter Expert, Global Business Manager, and Stakeholders to develop and review meaningful performance management and development plans for the execution of the project activities per the project framework.
  • Assisting with the establishment of the baseline schedule, budgets, and resource-loaded schedule (if required) in conjunction with project team members.
  • Assisting in daily administrative roles of projects and collaborating with project team members in related departments for different purposes like setting up and maintaining the operation of CRM for the company, and business support management for the daily operation of the business.
  • Consolidate information from relevant stakeholders and industry into project activities ensuring alignment with legislative compliance, strategic business objectives, and future needs.
  • Ensure quality assurance implement process improvements, and keep relevant policies, procedures, and resources up to date and available for relevant stakeholders.
  • Reflect PROVISA values in the way of work and abide by policies and procedures to ensure a safe, healthy, and inclusive work environment.
  • Place the clients at the centre of all decision-making.
  • Ensure quality assurance and implement process improvements within project scope to maintain excellence in project activity outcomes.

Skill and Experience:

  • At least a Diploma in project management.
  • At least two years of experience administering projects for similar industry
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Be someone with good administrative skills including attention to detail, written and oral communication, and management of documentation.
  • Process-focused – looks for ways to improve processes/efficiency
  • Be good with variety and enjoy multi-tasking.

Salary: AUD 70,000 per year, plus superannuation
