Payroll Process Improvement Analyst

Job Description
It is a privilege to be representing a leading Health Care provider in their search of an experienced Payroll Process Improvement Analyst. If you live in the WA area and have experience in a similar role where you have lead payroll processes through system optimization, automation and other technologies then it would be great to work with you.
Experience Required:
- Proactively identify and provide improvements to the process owner and manager.
- Establish document and maintain a high level of end to end management for the organisations payroll process.
- Provide high level technical support and analytical advice to different stakeholders in the business.
- A solid understanding of SQL Server, Oracle RDBMS or other database systems.
- Strong process mapping skills and demonstrate examples of when you put this to use.
- If you have worked in a similar sector and can provide live examples of this then that would be an advantage.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Process driven.
- Technical minded.
- Have a great work ethic with fantastic teamwork skills.
