ABOUT THE ROLE:

Make and serve drinks to guests and customers with excellent customer service
Serve food to patrons when required 
Be part of a diverse team that will require flexibility and 100% team oriented energy
Work a variety of shifts over weekends, evenings and public holidays

ABOUT YOU:

Previous experience within a hotels food and beverage outlet is advantageous, however not essential 

Previous bartending experience 

A valid RSA

Confidence in your ability to help customers and have excellent communication skills

Passion and enthusiasm for work in the hospitality and food industry

Exceptional organisation and communicative skills 

Australian working rights with the ability to work across a varied roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
