Mixologist

As a Bartender at our resort, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional service and creates unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Preparing and serving drinks to guests and customers with a focus on excellent customer service
• Serving food to patrons when required
• Working collaboratively as part of a diverse team that requires flexibility and a 100% team-oriented approach
• Working a variety of shifts over weekends, evenings, and public holidays

Requirements for this role include:

• Previous experience within a hotel food and beverage outlet is advantageous, however not essential
• Previous bartending experience
• A valid RSA
• Confidence in your ability to help customers and have excellent communication skills
• Passion and enthusiasm for work in the hospitality and food industry
• Exceptional organisation and communicative skills
• Australian working rights with the ability to work across a varied roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
