The Role:

  • Develop and execute strategies to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with our clients’ values and mission.
  • Lead efforts in workforce planning to ensure talent acquisition aligns with organisational objectives, cultivating a diverse and skilled team.
  • Collaborate with leaders and teams across departments to promote collaboration, communication, and teamwork.
  • Prioritise employee well-being and satisfaction by providing support, resources, and programs to enhance the employee experience.
  • Spearhead initiatives to celebrate accomplishments, recognise contributions, and foster a sense of unity and camaraderie among employees.
  • Oversee employee relations, offering guidance and support to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between people and business strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and resource for employees and managers on people-related matters.

Skills and experience:

  • A passion for building and sustaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • 3-5 years experience in HR, talent management, organisational development, or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to drive change and make an impact.
  • Experience in workforce planning and talent management, with the ability to anticipate and address talent needs.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
