About You :

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of woo-commerce or other online platform
  • Fashion, Marketing or E-commerce Tertiary qualification is an advantage
  • Mid-high level computer skills

Due to internal restructuring, we have a very rare and exciting opportunity for a Senior E-commerce & Customer Experience Co-ordinator to join our team

Working from our beautiful office in Brunswick, our Senior E-Commerce & Customer Experience Co-ordinator will be responsible for all of our online activities and will manage the day-to-day operations of our online store to an exceptional standard. Your overall goal is to deliver a consistently superior on-line shopping experience for our customers and to constantly grow our online presence.

You will be responsible for the overall performance of your department: including that you and your staff give exceptional customer service and that your budgets are being met, and exceeded You will be constantly driving sales and improving the overall results, and be passionate about pushing your department to be the absolute best that it can be.

You will be an active, involved and integral part of our team - actively contributing our business, improving systems and your department, as well as working on opportunities to grow your department, and our brand as a whole.

You must be focused, efficient, super-organised, hardworking and excellent at working to meet deadlines. Maintaining and building personal relationships is imperative as is being able to handle many tasks at once and stay on top of them all. Communication both written and verbal is very important, as well as a strong personal sales technique.

You will be a leader, a mentor to your staff, and to always advocate and hold close the best interests of Kuwaii.

This is a permanent part time role of 34 hours: 9am-5pm Monday - Thursday and 9am-1pm on Friday, located in our Head Office in Brunswick, with opportunities to grow the role into full time if it suits both parties.

Job Responsibility :

Senior E-Commerce Co-ordinator –

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the day-to-day running of our online store with the aim of continually improving the online experience for our customers, and continually growing sales in your department.

  • Ensure all orders are properly documented and sent every day.
  • Manage returns and refunds
  • Upload product information and assets for new product launches
  • Manage product information workflow ensuring all products are launched accurately & on time in accordance with the marketing calendar.
  • Ensure product data accuracy across site.
  • Ensure products are well-presented visually across prime site locations based on customer insights and data.
  • Preparing and updating budgets and sales reports.
  • Content reviewing for accuracy
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions
  • Manage online inventory
  • Follow marketing calendar to manage digital activity including product updates, site promotions, launches, sales etc
  • Assisting with social media calendar & digital advertising

Customer Experience Co-ordinator

You will manage our online customer service and be responsible for improving our customer experience, managing customer contact and customer retention, with the overall goal of increasing customer satisfaction.

  • Customer service point of contact including contact@kuwaii email address, DMs and phone
  • Ensuring consistent customer experience
  • Foster positive and lasting relationships with our clients
  • Addressing any issues or disputes from customers
