Role overview:

The Senior Content Design Manager is key to supporting HCF’s digital experience transformation. Helping to embed our content design vision and proposition, this role will be simultaneously focused on developing capability and best in class content design practices for HCF, while delivering outstanding digital content experiences. The Senior Content Design Manager will lead and manage a team of two digital content specialists to prioritise, manage and execute outstanding and intuitive experiences for our members while ensuring operational efficiency and best practice content design. The Senior Content Design Manager will work cross-functionally and collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver relevant, seamless, connected experiences that help people successfully engage with our offering and navigate with confidence. 

Qualifications and experience required:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 7-10 years of related digital content experience.
  • Expertise in UX writing, content audits and analysis, content mapping and modeling, content planning and sourcing, conversational design, information architecture, and storytelling.
  • Proven track record as a lead Content Designer.
  • Strong project management skills and experience in agile and traditional delivery methodologies.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofing skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in CMS, project management, and reporting platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Touch, Adobe Analytics, Figma, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Passion for content and ability to translate technical aspects to a general audience.
  • Experience with information architecture, taxonomies, content types, attributes, and navigation.
  • Ability to adapt to various project types and delivery styles.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in scaling content design.
