Adelaide Community Healthcare Alliance Incorporated, known as ACHA Health, is one of the largest private not-for-profit hospital groups in South Australia. ACHA Health comprises Ashford Hospital, Flinders Private Hospital and The Memorial Hospital.

ACHA are seeking applications for multiple roles in Domestics / Housekeeping across our three hospitals conveniently located across Adelaide. On offer are both casual and permanent part time positions, with a base hourly rate of per hour plus 25% casual loading (casual positions only). As a not-for-profit organisation, ACHA employees can also access salary sacrifice which may allow you to take home more of your pay.

Support Services Assistants Responsibilities can include:

·Cleaning of patient rooms to a private healthcare environment standard

·Patient transport

·Environmental services

·Maintain excellent communication with department managers

Ashford Hospital, Flinders Private Hospital and The Memorial Hospital:

Ashford Hospital offers a range of specialties including cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, general surgery, general medicine, gynaecology and maternity, oncology, orthopaedics, urology and vascular surgery. Ashford Hospital has 9 operating theatres, 1 procedure room, 2 angiography labs, an emergency department, maternity services and a 24 bed level 3 critical care unit.

Flinders Private Hospital offers a range of specialties including cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, ENT surgery, general medicine, general surgery, gynaecology, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, plastic & reconstructive surgery, oncology and urology. Flinders Private Hospital has 9 operating theatres, a procedure room, 3 angiography labs, an Infusion Suite, a 24/7 Cardiac Emergency Service and a 10 bed level 3 critical care unit.

The Memorial Hospital is a private not-for-profit 98 bed hospital, proudly part of Adelaide Community Healthcare Alliance, known as ACHA Health. ACHA Health comprises Ashford Hospital, Flinders Private Hospital and The Memorial Hospital. 

Essential Criteria: 

·Provide evidence of required pre-employment Vaccination history and Serology

·Excellent communication and customer service skills

·Works well independently and within a team with a ‘can do’ attitude
