About this role
Sydney Water have partnered with Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) to deliver; design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services as part of the P4S program in Sydney Water's Southern Region of Sydney.
D4C is a consortium comprising of John Holland, ServiceStream and WSP. We will provide long term employment opportunities to diversify the skills of the people of the Southern Region of Sydney as well as creating pathways to enter the water industry.
D4C is seeking an Administrator to join their expanding team to deliver excellence across the Southern Region.
What this role will entail?
The team is in a period of growth and has identified the need for support with administrative tasks and site office management.
- Raising purchase order (PO) requisitions
- Maintaining pending invoice reports, and actioning and goods receipting a high turnover of invoices
- Finalising open POs
- Raising manual work orders for project teams
- Processing subcontractor payment claims
- Compiling reports
- Stakeholder communications
- Organisation of team meetings/event logistics
- Other general broad scope project administrative duties
- Maintaining the roster for operations maintenance
- Taking and distributing meeting minutes
- Credit card reconciliation of transactions
- Finalising and closing off work orders
- Travelling to site locations as needed
Requirements:
- Administration experience (degree, diploma or certificate in business/administration is desirable)
- Recent work experience on construction projects desirable
- Client relationship and stakeholder management experience/business development
- Highly competent with MS Office
- White Card
This is a fast-paced position where you could be working to tight time frames so you must work comfortably under pressure and enjoy being busy.
