  • Strategic Sourcing: Engage with the Sustaining Capital Strategic Sourcing team to develop procurement and contracting strategies for the program and regularly review the sourcing strategy for projects in the program.

  • Schedule and Risk Management: Manage the program master schedule and risk register, providing updates on changes to the pipeline of works.

  • Improvement: Support the improvement of the project delivery systems, processes and procedures ensuring that they are standardised and embedded across the team.

  • Lessons Learned: Manage lessons learned across the program, ensuring effective communication of successes and proposed improvements.

  • Team Leadership: Support Study Leads, coordinating efforts between the projects and providing high level guidance to identify project issues and develop appropriate solutions.
