Are you a skills Accounts Officer looking to join a dynamic, close-knit team with a reputable Global Logistics  organization with a dedicated workforce, who pride ourselves on a collaborative and supportive work environment. We are currently seeking a meticulous and experienced Part-Time Accounts Officer to support join their team. 

Days & Hours: Wednesday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (with some flexibility)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Accurately manage and process all accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • International Payments: Process international payments with precision, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Daily Payment Processing: Handle the daily lines for payment, ensuring all payments are processed timely and accurately.
  • Foreign Currency Processing: Efficiently process transactions in foreign currencies, maintaining accuracy and adherence to relevant guidelines.
  • End of Month Reports: Compile and complete end-of-month financial reports, ensuring all data is accurate and submitted on time.
  • Balance Sheets: Prepare and maintain balance sheets, ensuring all financial statements are balanced and reconciled.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a general Accounts Officer role.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all financial transactions and reporting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a small team environment.
  • Immediate Availability: Available to start immediately.
