About your new company
Due to strong growth, this is a rare newly created leadership opportunity that will have a genuine influence over the strategic direction of this business. They are an Australian privately owned healthcare business that has established an enviable reputation as an industry pioneer and an innovator throughout the market.

About your new role
As the CFO, this role will see you partner with the CEO and the board. This role is highly visible throughout the organisation and will be responsible for driving a large-scale transformation of the finance function to achieve key outcomes and greater commercial acumen throughout the business.

Some of the key tasks aligned to this role will include:
•Work with the senior executive team to develop and execute strategy.
•Lead all financial activities, including M&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and analysis, cash flow management
•Lead and develop the finance team to ensure all statutory reporting and compliance requirements are met.
•Identify top-line growth opportunities whilst implementing internal cost control initiatives.
•Identify business drivers and translate data into key decision-supporting insights.
•Lead group-wide transformation programs to implement "best in class" business processes and systems.
•Overseeing supply chain, inventory management, and operations.
•Presenting key financial performance insights to the board and executive team.
•Audit existing technologies to identify more suitable platforms to best meet the demands of a growing business.

About you
Must have a proven track record of successfully operating at the Head of Finance or Financial Controller level in a fast-paced environment. During this time, you have been hands-on, have a high level of commercial acumen, supported the strategic growth of the business and driven transformation initiatives.

Additionally, you will have a people-centric leadership style and the ability to embed finance throughout the organisation as a true business partner & advisor.

Experience in the Healthcare sector would be an advantage.
